Affirmative action question: are there any statistics regarding . . .?

the IQ of "interracial" children? I ask because another answer on Yahoo Answers said that blacks had a lower average IQ than whites. But I think differences in test scores have everything to do with upbringing, not genes. I ume looking at interracial children would prove me right. Are there any studies?
