Does anyone know the list of foods you can eat when you are on the low carb diet (Atkins)?

I am on the diet right now and have lost 8 pounds in two weeks. It is a fun diet and you still have plenty of energy and you really are never hungry. I have given you the link to their site which has all sorts of recipes and counters for the various foods so you can keep track of what you eat. You mainly stick to protein and limit your carbohydrate intake to only 20 carbs per day for the first two weeks and then you can add more carbs in slowly. There are plenty of good recipes to choose from.
