Yes, I know for a fact that it is. He was a genius. A description that has lost it's value in this day. All modern scientists today look at Leonardo's work and mcripts and marvel at his brilliance. As well they should. Had they been implemented then the world would undoubtedly have been far more advanced then we now now it. Hundreds of years of advancement left to sit.
