When deciding whether to give you a loan, the bank wants to know about all your expenses, because they want to know if you will have money to pay back the loan, so your mobile phone plan is an expense, because you have to pay it every month. It is not a credit to your benefit. Either don't tell them(lie) or make sure your income can way outpace any and all expenses, (cedit card payments, rent, etc) that you are also going to list.
