Statistical difference between two percentages?

I have results for a test which was done using 2 types of samples, expressed in a percentage. I also have the percentages for the 2 samples separately, and they are slightly different. I want to know what statistical test to do to prove that the slight difference between these 2 sample sizes is not statistically significant.
