Recessed chin and man ?

When I was a little kid I did not have either. I have always been fairly skinny but within the last 5 years or so I have noticed that my chin has gotten really recessed and my have grown. I am 19 now. I don't know if this is the reason for it but I started smoking weed when I was 14. All my friends did too and this has not happend to any of them. I heard that these things are related to too much estrogen and not enough testosterone. What can I do to help this? and do you think weed caused it? because i have heard that weed increases estrogen.
