Radio DJ Question?

I'm 14 And I am Wondering What is some good links to learn about being a DJ. I'm thinking I might be interested in doing something like that or being a Program Director. I would like to be a program Director for Satellite Radio someday. If you don't have any links can you tell me some pros and cons of this job? I'm more interested in Being a program Director. I've talked to some Program Directors from XM Radio and Sirius.
