I have super bad a small and medium sized scars on my chest from acne make doesnt really help what can i do?

im in middle school and nxt year i go to high school. i need help idk what to do abut my chest i cant wear anything that not a turtle neck! my bf has said sumthing about it and asked me what is was ughh i just really need some answers... i scar so quick and nothing seems to work make up only makes me look all patch a all colors.. :( im embaressed
