How will you prepare dilute sulphuric acid from concentrated sulphuric acid?Give reason for your answer?

Add acid to water...drop wise... If u add water 2 acid...then dere will b splashing of acid...which will burn ur skin nd due excessive local heating...the test tube may also blast....
