How to paste logos symbuls or photos in compose mails (write mail) to send others- visbile in main page.?

hi friends i would like to send a mail to my friend using my company logo. i cont able to paste my logo in the compose part of my mail it is not getting paste there. how to do this. i dont want to send that photo(logo) as attachment. it shoud be visible in the mail front page itself.
