How can my grandson watch TDI with a disgusting island?

Once my grandson watched TDI ep 25 on demand. The island looked very disgusting, everyone kept puking over and over again, when heather was bald it looked different, and at the end Owen & Gwen had a conversation while Heather was on the boat of losers and she kept yelling at them saying stuff like "I will sue you for what you have done to me." How can he watch this version of the show?
