How can I keep my dog from having puppies outside?

My dog won't stay in her bed, she is almost ready to whelp. She wants to be on gr under the trampoline, before you guys get on my case note that I'm NOT asking for monetary support for my puppies (I can take care of them, Thank You) so avoid giving me the too many dogs population speech (she's having 2 puppies) or the being an irresponsible pet owner. Our dogs are very well taken care of. I'm just looking for someone who actually has gone thru what I'm going thru and have an idea as too what can I possible do to help without causing her any stress. I know you might say don't open the door but, she stands there scratching at it and whining and barking. Having puppies outside could not be safe nor sanitary for mom or pups. Please help. Thanks.
