What is he going to do if his daughter's mother decides to move one day somewhere else? Will he follow her? Just ask him this question. I have a stepchild and if his mother decides to move with her new family, my husband and I won't follow them. Therefore, if I just gave an OK to my husband to move somewhere, he would do in a heartbeat and still be a parent to his child from this woman.
