Breeding Finches Help... This is not my 1st time 4th?

Ok I just want to Know something real quick...... I have A pair of white Zebra finches who just had the first Baby chick born and now almost independent..... in about 4 months I plan to breed them again for the last time this year.... But I want to switch the mate... to a different zebra male...... If giving enough time to let them court.... will she breed with him? or will she only accept the old male?
